AVA- Natural Family Planning, Ovulation Tracking and Pregnancy Monitor

Natural Family Planning, Ovulation Tracking, & Pregnancy Monitor Bracelet!!

I began using the AVA ovulation tracking bracelet once my cycle started back up after having my third baby.... My husband and I were opposed to using the pill or other forms of hormonal birth control and since my cycle is so irregular it makes it really difficult to track using a calendar and temperature method. That's why I started my search for a natural way to track my cycle and I came across the Ava bracelet.

This bracelet tracks multiple things while you sleep to help determine your most fertile days each month. (Which is great for trying to conceive or trying not to) It also tracks along with your pregnancy if you use it while pregnant!

The clinically proven way to track your cycle

Finally understand your body

Wear the Ava bracelet at night for effortless insight about your fertility, pregnancy, and your health.

Real-time detection of fertile window

Ava is clinically proven to detect the very beginning of the fertile window—in real time, as it happens. That’s totally different than LH tests, which only detect the last day or two of the fertile window, and the temperature method, which only confirms ovulation after the fact.

Health data

Tracks your sleep, physiological stress levels, and resting heart rate—so you can see whether your lifestyle is supporting optimal health.

Effortless

There’s no need to take your temperature or pee on sticks. Just wear Ava when you sleep and sync when you wake up.

Pregnancy tracking

Ava is still there for you once you conceive. Once you get pregnant, get a whole new app experience with detailed explanations about what to expect in each week of pregnancy. You’ll be able to continue tracking your sleep, physiological stress, and resting pulse rate, as well as compare your weekly weight gain to standard recommendations.

Cycle insight

Understand how your cycle impacts your health with features like symptom tracking, trend analysis, graphs, and more. Trend analysis lets you see how your menstrual cycle impacts the way you feel throughout the month.

Conceive faster

Couples who time intercourse accurately double their chances of conceiving in a given month.

You can find out more on their website.

How have I liked using the AVA so far?

I love being able to wake up in the morning and go to my AVA app and see how many hours of sleep I got, if I'm ovulating or not, and other really cool things...

I love that it is the perfect companion to natural family planning.

I love the idea of being able to track a pregnancy with it too and see stress levels.

I love that theres no radiation emitting from it and it doesn't connect via wifi but through bluetooth...

I love how easy it is!!!

Wear it while you sleep.... charge it while awake. That simple!

Any drawbacks?

Since my cycle is so irregular (my midwife thinks I may ovulate twice per month) and I'm up multiple times a night with kiddos... I've found that it has had a little more difficult time tracking me... For this reason I have also decided to use ovulation pee sticks as a second method of predicting ovulation just to be double sure as to when it is happening...

Do I recommend AVA?

I definitely recommend AVA... I prefer natural methods in all areas of life and this is one of the biggest areas for me. Hormonal birth control can cause all sorts of health issues and IUD's can be invasive. Theres also the whole other topic about different methods being abortive.... AVA is natural and helps you learn more about your body and cycle. If you are trying to get pregnant there are soooo many reviews of success after using AVA. Its so cool too that you can continue using it throughout pregnancy! (if you are nursing or have super irregular cycles you may want to do more research before making the investment) If you want a discount you can click on the link below for 20$ off.

Have you tried AVA? What methods of natural family planning have worked for you? I'd love to hear about it in the comments...
